Almost

Arsenal did Man U a huge favour taking Chelsea right to the wire this evening. The match ended 1-1 and increased United lead to 5 points and this could be more if Chelsea fail to beat Newcastle.

Being an Arsenal fan for the day was quite weird and i would never have had thought that they had any chance of beating Chelski at the bridge. When Flamini scored late in the 2nd half i was shocked and only a screamer from Essien kept Arsenal from afflicting a 1st defeat for Chelski at home for somthing like 51 games.

I'm now an Newcastle fan until Wednseday night, hopefully Rossi can do the business before he returns to United. Come on the Toon Army, or woteva your called, lol.

Chelsea v Arsenal – live!

The game is on! I know that no one is reading blogs now, and everybody in in front of TV, but what do you think about the game...
ok I need to go also, time to move to a pub :-)

Liverpool for sale

Liverpool were talking yesterday with Dubai International Capital about their proposed investment in the club. The deal would involve a significant cash injection giving the club the ability to compete with clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United. The money would be used to wipe out the clubs current debt, and allow them to build their proposed new stadium in Stanley Park.

So hopefully they will sign the deal.

Henry Out Until Next Year

Arsenal's star player and captain Thierry Henry has revealed that he will be out until next year with an on going neck problem. Thierry Henry missed Arsenals London derby victory on Saturday and will now miss the entire Christmas fixture list.

This comes as a huge blow for the Gunners whom are 16 points between the league leaders and will find it hard to come through the busy winter months without their most influential player.

Henry also did his best to play down the row between himself and the Arsenal manager. Henry said "Yes, I'm annoyed, because I can't help my team on the pitch. It's something I have difficulty in accepting. But I have not fallen out with Arsene Wenger,"
